Do you want to train yourself or improve the skills of your teams, but you are wondering about financing? Good news: by choosing a Qualiopi certified training organization, such as ACFITEC, you have access to several care solutions adapted to your situation. Here is an overview of the main financing arrangements.

Financing your professional training: all options with a Qualiopi certified organization

Why choose a Qualiopi certified organization?

The certification Qualiopi, issued by the State, guarantees the quality of training processes. But above all, she is mandatory to benefit from public or pooled funding !

➡️ In other words: if the training is eligible and you choose a Qualiopi organization, you can get it financed (partially or totally).

💳 1. The Personal Training Account (CPF)

The CPF allows each employee, job seeker or self-employed person to finance their training throughout their working life.

✅ Ideal for: certification courses, refresher courses, retraining, etc.
✅ Support: up to 100%, with no advance fees.
✅ Access: via moncompteformation.gouv.fr

At ACFITEC, some courses (such as our trainer courses) are CPF eligible thanks to our certified partners.

🏢 2. OPCOs (Competence Operators)

OPCOs finance the vocational training of employees of private companies.

✅ Ideal for: short, tailor-made, intra- or inter-training courses.
✅ Coverage: all or part of the teaching fees + sometimes salaries and ancillary costs.
✅ Access: via your branch OPCO.

🧰 3. The Skills Development Plan

It is the company's internal system for training its employees.

✅ Ideal for: all training courses useful to the activity or development of employees.
✅ Support: by the company itself (or with the help of the OPCO).
✅ Access: simple and fast, via your HR department or management.

🧑 ‍ 💼 4. Public aid: Pôle Emploi, Regions, POIC...

Some training courses can be financed through public or territorial mechanisms, in particular for job seekers.

  • Job center : via the AIF (Individual Training Assistance) or other personalized assistance,
  • The POIC : Orientation and Integration Program for Unemployed Persons, a program financed by the State or Regions to support job seekers towards qualifying or certifying training,
  • The Regions : who offer specific aid according to sectors or territories,
